1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by SHREE RAM ENTERPRISES, a proprietorship registered at Shop No. 14, Nanu Nagar, Jawala Mata Mandir Road, Charan Nadi, Benard, Jaipur, District Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012, India, under GSTIN 08AFVFS6760D1ZE. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to SHREE RAM ENTERPRISES, and "you" refers to the person using this website.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to browse our products, place orders, and contact us. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, or to copy our photographs, product descriptions or block print designs for commercial use without our written permission.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4. Our products

Every bedsheet we sell is hand block printed, hand dyed or handloom woven. This means:

• Small irregularities in the print, the register of the block and the depth of the dye are normal and are not manufacturing defects.
• Colour on your screen will differ from the cloth in daylight. We photograph honestly, but we cannot guarantee an exact match.
• Botanical dyes settle over the first few washes. Some colour release in the first wash is expected.
• Stated measurements are approximate, with a tolerance of about one inch, because cotton moves after washing.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged as set out in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.

We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

6. When an order is accepted

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item has gone out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your PIN code, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

7. Returns and cancellations

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by writing to care@shreeramhd.com.

8. Intellectual property

The brand name Shree Ram Home Decore, the site content, product photography and written descriptions belong to SHREE RAM ENTERPRISES. Traditional craft techniques such as Sanganeri printing, Bagru printing, dabu resist and ajrakh belong to the artisan communities that practise them, and we claim no ownership over those techniques.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care to describe our products accurately and to dispatch them in good condition. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes or government restrictions.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them or out of an order placed on this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
